rigike94, male, born 29 Jul 1994 (age 32 on 4 November 2026). Height 180 cm. Devices: Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy Watch8.
Prepared from a Samsung Health export taken on 4 November 2026. This window is 7 Jun 2025 through 3 Nov 2026. The export day itself is left out of the averages because the file was saved during that morning.
Points to review
- Recent blood pressure averages 142/88 mmHg. 4 watch readings in this period average 142/88 mmHg, in the ACC/AHA stage 2 range. Galaxy Watch readings depend on calibration and should be checked with a clinic cuff.
- Weight is up 7.3 kg. From 79.3 kg on 28 Aug 2025 to 86.6 kg on 20 Oct 2026 (BMI 26.7, overweight range).
- Average steps are 5,286. A figure often cited in step research is about 7,500 steps a day. It is a benchmark, not a personal prescription.
- Sleep oxygen estimates average 94.5%. The nightly minimum was below 90% on 273 of 431 nights. Wrist sensors often read lower than a finger probe, particularly during sleep.
Activity
Steps were recorded on 515 of 515 days from 7 Jun 2025 to 3 Nov 2026. Days under 100 steps were treated as not worn and left out of the averages.
Average 5,286 steps (median 4,423), about 4.1 km. 19% of worn days reached 7,500 steps and 9% reached 10,000.
The step goal saved in Samsung Health is 6,000. It was met on 29% of worn days.
Samsung's active-time figure averaged 54 min per worn day.
Logged workouts totaled 241 sessions, about 91 minutes per week. By type: walking 198 times (96 h 12 min), exercise bike 18 times (9 h 1 min), other workout 8 times (2 h 8 min), treadmill 3 times (1 h 33 min), cycling 8 times (54 min), weight machine 1 times (47 min). Walks logged as workouts are already inside the step count, so the two should not be added together.
Typed notes on workouts: Exercise bike: 4km, 5km, 6km, 7.2km.
Floors climbed averaged 3.8 per worn day once floor data was present.
Sleep
Main sleep (the longest episode ending that morning, at least 90 minutes) was recorded on 432 nights. Average time asleep 7 h 39 min, median 7 h 41 min, 10th percentile 6 h 41 min, 90th percentile 8 h 36 min.

Average Samsung sleep score 82 out of 100.
Average sleep efficiency 90%. 96% of nights with an efficiency score were at or above 85%.
On night-time schedules, median bedtime was 21:46 and median wake time was 05:30. Bedtime standard deviation was 50 min.
The sleep goal saved in the app is 8 hours, with bedtime 01:00 and wake time 09:00.
On 432 nights with stage data, time asleep was about 50% light, 23% deep and 27% REM. Awake time inside those recordings averaged 44 min.
Separate naps of at least 20 minutes showed up on 6 mornings, averaging 1 h 49 min when present.
Heart, oxygen, and body weight
Median heart rate during the main sleep episode averaged 65 bpm across 431 nights with at least 4 samples.
Median heart rate outside sleep averaged 82 bpm on 438 days.
Sleep oxygen saturation estimates averaged 94.5% (431 nights). The median nightly minimum was 89%, and the minimum was under 90% on 273 nights. A watch reading is not a medical oximeter.
Respiratory rate during sleep averaged 19.1 breaths per minute on 432 nights.
Samsung vitality score averaged 84 out of 100 on days it was stored.
Latest weight 86.6 kg on 20 Oct 2026, BMI 26.7 (overweight range) at 180 cm. Earlier point in this window: 79.3 kg on 28 Aug 2025 (BMI 24.5). Change +7.3 kg. One reading on 13 Oct 2026 included an estimated body fat of 30.5%.
Samsung's estimated resting energy was about 1,759 kcal per day, separate from active calories (average active 211 kcal on worn days).
Readings from 19 Oct 2026 onward average 142/88 mmHg. Earlier readings average 130/83 mmHg.
Categories follow the 2017 ACC/AHA chart and are shown so the numbers have a shared label. They are not a diagnosis.

ECG
On 19 Oct 2026 at 07:35, Samsung Health Monitor classified one ECG as sinus rhythm at 69 bpm. No symptoms were stored with it. That label is the app's automated rhythm check, not a cardiologist's reading.
Sleep apnea screening
The export contains 1 sleep-apnea screening row with result code 0. The file does not include Samsung's plain-language label, so this should be opened in Samsung Health Monitor rather than interpreted from the code alone. One stored row is not a screening result by itself.

How this summary was made
Step days are the highest same-day total across phone and watch rows. Those rows are synced copies, so they were not added together. A day under 100 steps was treated as not worn.
Sleep stages use Samsung's codes: awake, light, deep, and REM. The main night is the longest episode that ends that morning and lasts at least 90 minutes. Shorter episodes are counted as naps. Heart rate during sleep is the median of watch samples that fall inside that episode.
Blood pressure and ECG come from Samsung Health Monitor. Watch blood pressure has to be calibrated, and the ECG label is automated. Wrist oxygen readings run lower than a medical probe, especially at night.
This is a rearrangement of consumer wearable data so it can be read in one sitting. It is not a diagnosis, a risk score, or a recommendation to start or stop any treatment. Symptoms, medicines, and lab results are not in this export.
